Supported Living
Our supported living services are designed for people living in their own homes, either in solo or shared accommodation. These people require care, support, and supervision to manage their needs, accommodation, and tenancy.
We support anyone over the age of eighteen and work with adults diagnosed with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, complex behavioural needs, and other health and clinical needs.
Our supported living model focuses on tailoring care and support to individual needs, whilst supporting them to set achievable goals projected towards an individual’s route to independence. This can include goals that support individuals to learn new basic skills such as managing personal hygiene, toileting, shopping and cooking, travel training, money management, gaining new skills, accessing social activities in the community, holidays at home and abroad, building confidence, earning social skills and managing relationships. Our person-centred approach is guided by the individuals we support, their families’/carers/ advocates and the professionals involved in their care.
Accommodation is provided by a separate landlord or housing associations. We collaborate with partner companies who provide specialist landlord services to certain individuals referred to the organisation after struggling to find suitable accommodation due to the complexity of their needs.
